A 45-minute mat Pilates class focused on core strength, control, and alignment. Intentional movement meets breathwork to build stability and full-body awareness, leaving you longer, stronger, and a little more grounded than when you walked in. All levels welcome; modifications offered throughout. Mats and props provided.
Access is reserved for authorized guests of The Beatrice Fitness Center. A signed waiver and adherence to fitness center guidelines are required prior to attendance.
